Running --- My passion

Running.

That is what I love and enjoy doing alone. Running is my passion.



I run to destress.

I run to stay out of TAF Club ( read : FAT Club ).



I run to pass my NAPFA. I run because it is free. I do not have to book courts. I do not have to replace rackets and shuttlecocks. I do not have to pay membership fees, entrance fees and so on.



I feel as free as a bird as I dash forward. I love the feel of sweat streaming down my face.

I enjoy a sense of achievement, pride and fulfillment after I completed the six rounds of 2.4km.



Benefits of running ? Plenty.

1. Improve cordiovascular health
2. Improve bone health as the bones grow stronger.
3. Keep oneself mentally fit and happy.
4. Prevent illness.
5. To achieve ideal body weight.
6. Improved mood as endorphins are released while running. These hormones create a sense of euphoria referred to as a runner's high.
7. Lowering blood pressure, helping the arteries to maintain elasticity.
8. Slow down aging process.
9. People who run regularly move more fluidly.

And the list goes on.

So, fellow friends, come and run along with me.
